Feeling Low or Emotionally Flat?
We’re here to help.

Understanding Low Mood
Most people feel low from time to time – it’s part of being human. You may feel down, lacking in energy, or uninterested in the things you usually enjoy.
There’s no single cause of low mood. It might be linked to stress at work or home, relationship difficulties, money worries, or a major life change. Sometimes, low mood appears without a clear reason – and that’s okay too.
What are the signs of low mood?
- Feeling sad, hopeless, or emotionally flat
- Losing motivation or enjoyment in daily activities
- Constant tiredness or sleeping too much or too little
- Changes in appetite or weight
- Withdrawing from friends or family
- Increased irritability or emotional sensitivity
While low mood often lifts on its own, it can sometimes linger and begin to affect your everyday life. If that happens, it’s important to reach out for support.
